If you make a donation to the SAS Resources Trust via the online donation function your personal details will be recorded on the Trust’s donor database. The Trust will not give your details to any other organization and will only use your details with your consent.
Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. Your credit card details are only used to process your donation, and are securely stored. They are not used for any other purpose.
When making a donation from The SAS Resources Trust your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. Refund Policy
As the only funds collected via this website are donations to the Special Air Service Resources Trust, the Trust does not permit refunds to be made.
Endorsements
The Special Air Service Resources Trust holds an Endorsement as an Income Tax Exempt Charitable Entity from the Australian Taxation Office (Tax Exemption : Reference Number J10/50 Vol 30 ( dated 25/09/1996). The Special Air Service Resources Trust holds an Endorsement as a Deductible Gift Recipient from the Australian Taxation Office.
Charitable Collections Licence
The Trust is the holder of a Charitable Collections Licence issued by the Government of Western Australia (Charitable Collections Act 1946 (Section 12)
Which is due for renewal again on 15th July 2011.
